Never. DogWalkr charges a flat subscription: $19/month or $190/year. What you earn from your clients is entirely yours — no percentage, no transaction fee, no hidden charges.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You'll be prompted to add a card and choose monthly or annual billing. If you don't want to continue, cancel before day 14 — no charge, no questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do my clients need to create an account to book?
No. Your clients fill out the booking form directly — no account, no app download, no friction. They get a professional confirmation email and you get the intake in your dashboard.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes. You can add existing clients manually from your dashboard — name, dog details, contact info. If you have regulars you're already walking, you can have them in your system in minutes.
How does recurring scheduling work?
When a client requests recurring walks — say Monday, Wednesday, Friday every week — you confirm the schedule once and it repeats automatically. No re-booking every week. Your calendar stays current and clients get automatic reminders before each walk.
What is a walk report?
When a walk is complete, you can add an optional photo and short note for the pet owner. DogWalkr marks the walk complete and emails that report to the owner, so they know the walk happened and how their dog did.
