What DogWalkr does, and how to use it

DogWalkr is the operating system for an independent dog walking and pet sitting business: a public booking link, client records, recurring walk schedule, overnight and multi-day sits, daily calendar, and simple walk and stay reports for owners.

Plain-English version: Rover can help a walker get discovered. DogWalkr helps them keep repeat clients direct, organized, and professional without paying a platform percentage on every walk.

Before the walk

Create a profile, set rates, share a booking link, collect owner and dog details, and confirm one-time or recurring requests.

During the week

See scheduled walks on the dashboard and calendar, including recurring Monday/Wednesday/Friday-style schedules.

After the walk

Mark the walk or sit complete, optionally add a photo and note, and send a simple walk or stay report to the owner.

Step 1: Finish Guided Setup

After signup, DogWalkr opens Guided Setup. This creates the basics your account needs before a real client can book.

Step 2: Complete your profile

Open Dashboard -> Profile. This is what clients see before they request a walk.

Step 3: Confirm your rates

Open Dashboard -> Rates or Calculator and check your pricing before sharing the booking link.

Step 4: Share your booking link

Copy your public booking link from the dashboard. It should look like app.getdogwalkr.com/book/your-name.

Step 5: Confirm a request

Open Dashboard -> Bookings when a request arrives.

Step 6: Run the daily walk schedule

Use Dashboard and Calendar to see what is coming up.

Step 7: Send a walk report

When a walk is done, tap Complete. DogWalkr opens a quick completion panel.

Step 8: Keep the client record useful

DogWalkr is also a lightweight CRM for dog walkers.

Step 9: Offer pet sitting (optional)

DogWalkr does pet sitting in the same app as your walks — overnight stays, multi-day house sitting, and cat care visits.
